My Story.
 My Mission.

After battling with my own weight not only physically but mentally and psychologically for almost 20 years, I finally got to grips with the causes of my weight issues.

I worked on the weight loss and shed almost 40lbs of fat from my body, not only did I look and feel better which boosted my self-esteem and confidence, I felt healthier, I slept better, my skin was clearer, I woke up refreshed in the mornings not sluggish and slow to start my day. And I reduced the risk of a lot of diseases and illnesses that come along with unwanted weight gain.

I now want to help you and others become fit and healthy, make the right choices for your health and happiness whilst not denying yourself a little pleasure along the way. I want to provide you with the tools to become a healthier version of yourself both through nutrition and exercise.

Meet Our Team

We are trainers in both fitness and health, available for real people looking to enrich their lives. No filters, no
BS, just real, easy to follow help, advice and instruction.

Emma

Emma – Hailing from the UK, Emma has spent over 20yrs in health and fitness, helping others reach their fitness goals, with a knowledge in one on one training and group classes ranging from circuits, aqua aerobics to spinning. Emma is also a certified weight management specialist and health coach.

Emma spent 3 years gaining her degree in adult nursing becoming an RN and also went on to become certified in medical Aesthetics. Whilst also keeping her passion alive with fitness training for herself and for others.

Andy

Andy – Also hailing from the UK, growing up Andy played all sports available to him, was and still is an avid mountain bike rider. Andy was introduced to weight training by Emma 20yrs ago and since then expanded his knowledge and expertise to be able to provide advice and coaching in multiple aspects of strength and fitness.

As well as personal training, Andy is also a certified nutrition for exercise specialist, glute specialist and soon to be strength and conditioning coach.
